Early Childhood

4- and 5-year-old Kindergarten

Lutheran Kindergarten (4- & 5-Year-Old Program)
Building a Foundation in Faith and Learning

Our Lutheran kindergarten program for 4- and 5-year-olds offers a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where young learners grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Rooted in the truth of God’s Word, our curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, foster confidence, and prepare children for future success—both in school and in life.

Christ-Centered, Whole-Child Learning

At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to sharing the love of Jesus. Children learn that they are uniquely created and deeply loved by God. Bible stories, daily devotions, and weekly chapel services help build a strong spiritual foundation, while Christian values are woven throughout each day.

Engaging, Age-Appropriate Curriculum

Our kindergarten program provides a balance of structured learning and hands-on discovery. Lessons are thoughtfully designed to meet young learners where they are, helping them grow in all key areas:

  • Reading & Reading Readiness: Letter recognition, phonemic awareness, early literacy skills, and a love for books

  • Math: Number sense, patterns, shapes, and early problem-solving

  • Science & Social Studies: Exploration of God’s creation, community, seasons, and the world around us

  • Art & Music: Opportunities for creativity, expression, and joyful praise

  • Physical Education: Movement, coordination, and healthy habits

Weekly Chapel & Faith Focus

Children attend weekly chapel, where they worship together, hear the Word of God, and grow in their understanding of Jesus’ love and grace. Faith is not just part of the week—it’s part of every day.

Lutheran Day School – Grades 1–4
Christ-Centered Learning in a Safe, Supportive Environment

Our Lutheran day school for Grades 1 through 4 offers a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where Christ is at the center of all we do. We believe that faith and learning go hand in hand, and we are committed to providing a high-quality education grounded in God’s Word.

Personalized Attention in a Caring Community

With small class sizes, our teachers are able to truly know and support each child. This allows for personalized instruction across core subjects, helping every student grow academically, spiritually, and socially at their own pace.

Well-Rounded, Christ-Centered Curriculum

Students receive strong academic instruction in:

  • Religion – Daily lessons rooted in Scripture and Lutheran doctrine

  • Math, Reading, and Writing – Building essential skills for lifelong learning

  • Science and Social Studies – Encouraging curiosity and understanding of God’s world

  • Art, Music, and Physical Education – Fostering creativity, expression, and healthy living

Faith in Action

Each week, students gather for chapel, a joyful time of worship that deepens their understanding of God’s love and grace. Faith is also woven into daily classroom routines, conversations, and lessons—helping children apply Christian values in every aspect of life.

At our Lutheran day school, your child will be known, loved, and taught in Christ. We are honored to partner with families in developing confident learners who grow in both faith and knowledge.
